If you have an issue, don't hesitate to call Mr Rooter! They will treat you like family. I called Mr. Rooter about a kitchen sink plumbing clog that turned into a whole ordeal. They were responsive (came to check the issue within a couple of hours!!), kind, professional, and very thoughtful about the cost. Due to cost, we had to move forward with a plumber who covered our home warranty. Had that not been the case, we absolutely would have continued to work with Mr Rooter. I appreciate their work and will call them if I need anything in the future.

Had a late-night call with a neglected septic tank, The plumber came out that night and did everything he could to make sure we had a way to flush toilets and wash that night. He came out early before his next scheduled job to take care of us and pumped it the next day. He was honest, hard working and very upfront about prices and wanted to ensure you were knowledgeable about the problem and what you were paying for. The service could not have been more professional or easy to obtain. The general manager was courteous and professional. He immediately identified our problem and was out the door in under a half hour. He even offered to do some cleanup work (very small) that I planned on saving for my kids to do. I can’t recommend their services highly enough.
